I found this because I’m subscribed to your feed, Mick, not by tracking my name. Although I *am* tracking it, a bunch of other terms relevant to me :)

I find it amusing that I have less votes than I had nominations!

I’m not really sure of the point, though, and I’d decided not to promote it. Too much ego play for me, I’m afraid. I don’t really understand the context of celebrity applied to the people on the list. I would suggest a qualifier - unless you’ve been gossiped about on Valleywag or some other industry rag of that ilk, you’re probably not a celebrity. After all, I only know Britney is a celebrity because I see her face on all those mags in the supermarket while waiting at the checkout.

I have a question for you, Mick. Did this whole thing get too serious on you?

lol….yep, I got a Google alert on my name.

I cannot believe my name is on the list. I’m off to vote for me because I’ll be the only one that does….lol.

    Take care and stay safe

Much like Lachlan and Megan, I have a google alert on my name. Blame my ego or my paranoia.

Found out early via twitter about the nominations, did my bit. Went back when voting started and voted. Now I find out I was actually nominated.

I am surprised that somebody considers me an Australian Web 2.0 celebrity.
